I believe it is essential to capture an event well.. there are so many opportunities for interesting, dynamic photography and video at events of all types such as team building gatherings, live music, conferences and meetings. I love finding those moments.
I often take photos of short meetings for use in pitch documents or if my client simply needs a record of the day. I can also cover several day long annual corporate conferences which incorporate an evening social do, meal, music and entertainments. This is particularly popular if there’s an awards part of the evening in which case I take the official photos of the awards being recieved for newsletters and social media.
Many clients also see these events as an ideal opportunity to take a large group photo or quality individual portraits of their staff conveniently in one place… if so, I can bring flash lights and backdrops.
