I very much enjoy photographing properties, architecture and interiors. I use a collection of super high quality lenses which are perfect for bringing out details and form in buildings. I have been working as a property photographer Bristol shooting buildings for years, and enjoy photographing the final product of the properties but also all of the stages up until completion, see my Industrial photography page to see examples.
As a professional architectural photographer in Bristol and Bath, I have had amazing access to some very dramatic wrecked properties in the past (the kind people make entire Youtube channels about) which have gone on to be superb projects once construction and development is complete, Lakeshore by Urban Splash in Bristol comes to mind as well as Bridewell Police station, which included me photographing the abandoned cells and old law courts for progress photography purposes. With no electricity in the building yet, the cells were, to be quite honest, pretty spooky… but fascinating.
As a Bristol and Bath photographer I am perfectly placed to visit a large selection of cities easily to provide progress photography, for example Cardiff, Cheltenham, Oxford and London. See the Areas menu item to see examples. I enjoy both wide angle room/building shots as well as more creative close-up shots, both of which are often required for clients to design a striking and successful website / brochure / leaflet etc.
Sometimes clients ask me to visit locations and simply photograph the area – the lifestyle, the culture, the feel and atmosphere, this tends to be for companies / developers who want to show an area in its best light. Sometimes for my own personal enjoyment I visit cities and photograph the buildings, have a look at Leeds, Edinburgh and Liverpool for example.
Every property has a story to tell, whether it’s a modern office space, a luxury apartment, or a historic building with character. As a professional property photographer Bristol and Bath, I focus on bringing out the unique personality of each space. From grand exteriors to intricate interior details, I capture images that highlight the craftsmanship, design, and functionality of a property.
In addition to high-quality images, as an experienced property photographer Bristol and Bath clients trust, I offer a range of services tailored to meet the specific needs of property developers, architects, and interior designers. Twilight photography, for instance, is ideal for creating a sense of warmth and inviting charm, while detailed close-ups can bring attention to unique features such as bespoke fittings or innovative layouts.
Bristol, Bath and the surrounding areas offer an inspiring mix of contemporary and historic architecture, and I feel privileged to capture this diversity through my work. My goal is to create images that not only appeal to viewers aesthetically but also communicate the value and purpose of each property.
Whether you’re a property developer looking to showcase your latest project or a homeowner preparing to list your property, I can help bring your vision to life with stunning photography that makes an impact.
Keep in mind that I can wear various hats when it comes to a project, I can visit and take progress photography, I can take video on site of any specific areas you’d like focussing on, then photograph development, video clips of on-going work, go back to the project to get complete build images and video for PR and promotions. Sometimes clients prefer to arrange a retainer for regular visits which allocates a certain amount of my time to a project per month, look at my prices page for more information.
Get in touch if you’d like to discuss your particular project.
